在上面的表格RAM一项我们可以看到，由于在当时测试环境中，MSI P35 Platinum由于BIOS方面的原因只能设置在较高的5-5-5-18（by speed） 的参数下。不过目前的BIOS版本已经没有这个问题，在内存的支持下情况下完全可以设置在4-4-4-12或者更低。
对内存性能敏感的3DMark01测试中，微星P35 Platinum(P03 BIOS)排在第二，Intel 975X主板成绩最低。参测主板中最高得分和最低得分的差距大约是2.6%。整体来看各个芯片组间的差距并不明显。
在3DMark06图形性能测试中，微星P35 Platinum(P03 BIOS)以11471的成绩排在第二位，第一位ASUS P5K3系使用DDR3内存，频率为DDR3 1333模式，在运行频率上具有一定优势。
